1. Choosing Your Plan
Mio.2 offers three monthly tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The higher the tier, the more Gems you receive each month and the more advanced models and quality options unlock. An annual plan is in development — we’ll announce the launch on the official Mio.2 channels.

2. Usage Quotas & Limits
Mio.2 allocates Included Usage based on your tier. Two limits apply at the same time: a 6-hour limit and a 7-day limit. Stay inside your plan’s Included Usage and you can keep generating without spending Extra Gems.
⏱️ 6-Hour Limit Reached
You’ll normally need to wait for the next reset window. However, if you’ve turned on Continue After 6-Hour Limit in your settings, you can keep generating with no Extra Gems spent — provided your 7-day cap hasn’t also been reached.
📅 7-Day Limit Reached
Any further usage automatically draws from your Extra Gems balance, if you have one. You can top up, upgrade, or wait for the next reset.

⬆️ Upgrading
If your current Included Usage runs short, or you want to unlock more advanced models, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time.
- Pricing. Charged at the new tier’s price from the date of upgrade.
- Billing cycle. A new billing cycle begins on the upgrade date.
- Benefits. Unlock immediately, plus a complimentary Upgrade Bonus.
Example: Subscribe to Silver on April 10. Upgrade to Gold on April 25. Your Gold plan runs through May 25.
⬇️ Downgrading
Direct mid-cycle downgrades are not currently supported.
To move to a lower tier, the cleanest path is to turn off auto-renewal before your current cycle ends, then subscribe to the lower tier once the previous plan expires.

🛑 Canceling & Resuming
To cancel auto-renewal, go to the Manage Plan page and click the option in the bottom-right corner. After you cancel:
- Your plan stays active through the end of the current cycle — Included Usage isn’t removed immediately.
- Billing stops only at the end of the current cycle.
- You can press Resume subscription at any time to restart — no need to re-enter payment details.
5. Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. What does “K” mean in the subscription plans?
“K” is shorthand for “thousand” (1K = 1,000 Gems). So when a plan lists “2,000K / week,” it means up to 2,000,000 Gems — two million — per week.
Q2. Can I keep generating after going over my plan’s quota?
Yes. Once you cross the 7-day limit, the system automatically draws from your Extra Gems balance. If your Extra Gems are running low, you have three options: top up with a Gem Pack, upgrade to a higher tier, or wait for the next quota reset.
Q3. What is “Continue After 6-Hour Limit”?
A setting that lets you keep generating uninterrupted after maxing out your 6-hour window — without spending Extra Gems — as long as your 7-day Included Usage still has room. Useful if you tend to create in long uninterrupted sessions.
Q4. What happens to my unused quota when I upgrade?
When you upgrade, your billing cycle and Included Usage reset on the new tier. Leftover quota from the previous plan doesn’t carry over. You’ll instantly unlock all new-tier benefits and receive a complimentary Upgrade Bonus.
Q5. Can I downgrade mid-cycle?
Not directly — it isn’t supported right now. To switch to a lower tier, cancel auto-renewal before your current cycle ends, then pick your new plan once the subscription expires.
Q6. Can I resume my subscription after canceling?
Yes. Credit Card users can hit Resume subscription anytime after canceling and restart instantly — no need to re-enter payment info.
Q7. Why doesn’t PayPay support auto-renewal?
PayPay auto-renewal isn’t available at this time. PayPay users need to renew manually each cycle. If you want auto-renewal, switching to a Credit Card is the simplest option.
Q8. When will the annual plan be available?
The annual subscription is in development and will offer better long-term pricing. We’ll announce the launch on the official Mio.2 channels.
