To support every user’s creative journey, PixAI offers a way to earn Credits for free by watching ads. This guide walks you through everything you need to know — daily limits, how to claim rewards, where to check your records, and answers to the questions we hear most often — so you can collect every reward smoothly.

1. Where to Find It

The “Watch Ads for Credits” task is available only in the PixAI App. It is not currently supported on the web version.

2. Reward Rules

You’ll earn a certain amount of Credits for each ad you watch through to completion.

The number of ads you can watch per day varies by region. The exact count available to you each day is shown in the App.
Your daily count resets automatically — no manual action needed.

3. How to Claim

Claiming an ad reward looks simple, but you need to complete every step below for the reward to be issued.

① Tap to start the ad and watch it through to the end

Skipping or closing it early will not trigger a reward.

② Once the ad finishes, return to the PixAI App

Make sure to come back to PixAI right after the ad ends.

③ Confirm the “Claimed” message appears on screen

Once you see this confirmation, the Credits have been successfully added to your account.

⚠️ Heads-up

A single viewing may include one or more ad segments (including Google Play or App Store pop-up windows), depending on what the advertiser is running. Please watch all segments through to completion before returning to the App, otherwise the reward may not be issued.

If you switch to another app during playback, or fail to return to PixAI after the ad ends, the reward for that view may not be issued.

4. Checking Your Rewards

All Credits earned from watching ads are logged under Credit History → Task Rewards, where you can review the following at any time:

The exact time each reward was earned
The amount of Credits received

5. About “No Ads Available”

Ads on PixAI are supplied by third-party advertisers. When advertisers in your region temporarily have no ads to serve, you’ll see the message “No ads available”. The actual number of ads available each day can fluctuate based on advertiser supply.

💡 If you run into this, just check back a little later — new ads typically fill in shortly.

6. About Ad Content

Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers. PixAI does not produce or review the content of the ads shown.

If you come across an ad that feels inappropriate, you’re welcome to report it via Feedback or our Discord community.

7. FAQ

Q1. My connection dropped halfway through, or I accidentally closed the ad. Does it still count?

No. Rewards are only issued when an ad is watched through to the end and the “Claimed” confirmation appears in the App.

Q2. I finished an ad but didn’t see the “Claimed” confirmation, and the Credits didn’t arrive. What should I do?

If you didn’t see the “Claimed” confirmation, the reward wasn’t successfully issued — usually because:

The ad wasn’t watched all the way through, or
You switched to another app during playback

You can simply watch the next ad.

Q3. How long do I have to wait before watching the next ad?

There’s a short cooldown between views (the exact length adjusts dynamically). Feel free to keep creating in the meantime — just head back to the task page after a little while to watch the next one.

Q4. When does the daily count reset?

It resets automatically each day — no action required on your end.

Q5. Are rewards credited immediately?

Once you see the “Claimed” confirmation, Credits are added to your account in real time. You can check the record under Credit Log → Task Rewards.
