A：Please check whether your payment method supports auto-renewal. Currently, UnionPay, PayPay, Convenience Store Payment, WeChat Pay, and Alipay do not support automatic renewals. If you purchase a membership with these methods, you will need to manually repurchase it after it expires.

Q：Can I switch my current payment method to one that supports auto-renewal?

A：Currently, you cannot directly change the payment method of an active subscription. If you wish to switch payment methods, we recommend waiting for your current billing cycle to end, then purchasing the membership again and selecting your preferred payment option.

Q：When will the auto-renewal charge occur?

A：Payment methods that support auto-renewal will automatically attempt to charge at the very end of your current membership period. If the charge fails, the renewal may be halted. To keep your subscription active, please ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds or credit limit.

Q：Can I manage web and mobile subscriptions interchangeably?

A：No. Memberships purchased on the web must be managed on the web, while mobile memberships purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be handled via their respective app stores. Since the two subscription systems are separate, they cannot modify, renew, or cancel each other. Please manage them on the platform where payment was made.
