Issue 1: Feature Bleeding

  • The Problem:Your OC has red hair and the canon character has blue hair, but the AI blends their traits—hair colors may swap or partially merge. Or, their outfits (casual vs. uniform) mix into a strange hybrid.
  • The Cause: AI tends to “average out” descriptions, blending all traits together across all subjects.
  • The Solution: Use Block-Based Separation (see the formulas below).

Extra Note (BG pairs):

When generating 1boy + 1girl, SDXL may “push” certain traits (like pink hair) onto the female character—even if you intended them for the male. This can make pink-haired male dream art harder than expected.

  • The Cause: Simply naming the character isn’t always enough; the model might not recognize them or may default to a “1girl” bias.

Using LoRAs to Enhance Character Recognition
