Strengthening Account Security: Email Verification Update

To help keep user accounts secure and maintain a smooth experience on PixAI, we are updating our email verification requirements.

Starting February 17, 2026, a verified email address is required for full access to certain rewards and community features.

This change is part of our ongoing efforts to reduce abuse, prevent automated account creation, and ensure that platform resources and benefits remain available to genuine creators.

What does “full access” include?

Accounts without a verified email address may experience limited access to:

  • Daily Credits
  • Quest Rewards (e.g., publishing tasks, social follow tasks)
  • Event benefits (e.g., credit giveaways, promotional free trials)
  • Messaging and commenting

If your account is affected, there’s no need to worry — restoring full access only takes a minute.

How to restore full access

Go to Settings → Account, verify a valid email address, and your access will be restored immediately after successful verification.

What if I signed up with a disposable or invalid email?

Accounts registered with disposable, temporary, or invalid email addresses may be marked as Unverified after February 17, 2026.

If this applies to you, you can update your email directly in Settings → Account

You do not need access to your previous email address in order to update it.

Once a valid email address is added and verified, full access will be available immediately.
