Content Submission Guidelines for EAP (Content Track)
To ensure high-quality, useful, and sustainable content, we’ve outlined the following submission guidelines for creators participating in the EAP Content Track.
Table of Contents
Content Types Overview
Tutorial / Article
A tutorial or article is an original, well-structured written guide that explains how PixAI is used in a specific workflow or scenario. The goal is to help others learn, understand, and reproduce the process or result.
Typical examples include:
- Step-by-step tutorials
- Feature explanations
- Workflow breakdowns
- Practical guides for specific use cases
Content should be clear, informative, and focused on real usage rather than promotion.

Video Content (Educational / Walkthrough)
Video content refers to original videos that demonstrate how PixAI is used in practice. This may include tutorials, walkthroughs, reviews, or workflow demonstrations.
Key expectations:
- Clear explanation of steps and decisions
- Visible outcomes or results
- Educational or practical value
Videos may be published on any major video platform, including (but not limited to) YouTube, Tiktok or other regional platforms. There is no platform restriction as long as the content meets quality standards.
Example:
Content Series
A content series consists of at least three related pieces of content—articles, videos, or a combination of both—built around a single theme or learning path.
A series should:
- Follow a clear and logical progression (e.g. basics → advanced)
- Be thematically consistent
- Be planned and reviewed as a complete set
Series submissions are evaluated and rewarded as a whole, rather than as individual standalone pieces.

Content Direction & Topic Selection
We actively maintain a Content Ideas Pool on our Discord EAP Channel, which includes:
- Suggested tutorial topics
- Feature-focused walkthroughs
- Workflow ideas for different creator types
- Content aligned with upcoming features or campaigns
Creators are welcome to:
- Choose topics directly from the Ideas Pool
- Propose original topics based on their own experience
- Discuss ideas with the EAP team before publishing
Early communication is encouraged and helps ensure:
- Topic relevance
- Faster review
- Better reward alignment
Content Quality Standards
All submitted content must:
- Be original and created by you
- Clearly explain how PixAI is used in the workflow
- Be structured and easy to follow
- Provide real educational or practical value
Low-effort, heavily duplicated, or purely promotional content may not be approved.
Pre-Submission Brief (Strongly Recommended)
To avoid situations where content is published but later found ineligible for rewards, we strongly recommend sending a short brief to the EAP team before you start production.
This helps us confirm:
- Whether the topic fits the Content Track scope
- Which content type/reward tier applies
- Any required elements (UTM, referral, workflow proof, etc.)
- Potential overlap with existing topics (to prevent duplication)
Submitting a brief is especially recommended for:
- Content Series
- Highly experimental formats
- Topics that are borderline promotional vs. educational
Please note: If content is published without meeting the guidelines, it may not be eligible for rewards. Pre-submission brief review is the best way to ensure your work qualifies.
What to include in your brief
Please share:
- Proposed topic/title
- Content format (article / video / series)
- Target platform (Medium / YouTube etc.)
- A short outline (3–6 bullet points)
- Expected publish date (optional)
Once we confirm alignment, you can proceed with confidence.
Posting Requirements
When you publish your article/video on any platform, please include:
- A PixAI link with the required UTM source (see UTM Guide below)
- Your referral link or referral code (if applicable)
- A clear mention that PixAI was used in your workflow (e.g. “Created with PixAI” / “Generated using PixAI”)
Submission Form Requirements
When submitting your work for review and reward claiming via the official form, please provide:
- Content link (your published article/video URL)
- Content type (article / video)
- Platform name (e.g. Medium, Note, YouTube, etc.)
Missing information may delay review.
UTM Source Guide
What is a UTM source?
A UTM source is a tracking label added to a PixAI link. It helps us understand which content type drove the traffic. It is used for overall analysis, not as a personal KPI.
Which UTM source should I use?
Use the UTM source based on the type of content you publish:
- Article / Tutorial:
https://pixai.art/?utm_source=eap_blog - Video Content:
https://pixai.art/?utm_source=eap_video
Where should I place the UTM link?
Include the UTM link in one of the following locations:
- Article body (recommended near the top or in the “Tools used” section)
- Video description
- First pinned comment / first comment (if your platform limits links)
Can I use my own PixAI link instead of the homepage?
Yes. You may use:
- PixAI homepage:
pixai.art - Your PixAI profile link
- A specific model/LoRA link
Just make sure the UTM source is appended correctly, for example:
https://pixai.art/your-profile?utm_source=eap_bloghttps://pixai.art/model/xxxx?utm_source=eap_video
Common mistakes to avoid
- ❌
utm_source?=eap_blog(wrong format) - ✅
?utm_source=eap_blog(correct) - ❌ Multiple “?” in the same URL
- ✅ If the URL already has
?, add UTM using&Example:https://pixai.art/page?ref=abc&utm_source=eap_blog
