How Rewards Are Issued
No need to claim anything manually! All referral rewards are issued automatically. They come as limited-time Gem Packs, are added to your account automatically, and are ready to use right away.
When will I receive my rewards?
In most cases, rewards are added to your account automatically as soon as you qualify. If they don’t show up right away, try refreshing the page, logging out and back in, or checking again in a few minutes. If your rewards still haven’t appeared after that, please contact our support team for help.

Q1: My friend signed up. Why haven’t we received the 50K Gems?
Check that all of the following are true:
- Your friend signed up through your referral link
- They’ve verified their email address
- The signup meets the program rules (for example, it isn’t a duplicate account)
If all of the above are met, the rewards are issued to both of you automatically. Still nothing? See Q5 for how to contact support.
Q2: My friend made a payment. Why haven’t we received the 200K Gems?
Check that all of the following are true:
- It was your friend’s first purchase
- The payment was successful (not canceled or refunded)
- Your friend originally signed up through your referral link
If all of the above are met, the rewards are issued to both of you automatically. Still nothing? See Q5 for how to contact support.
Q3: Do Gem Packs expire?
Yes. All referral rewards come as limited-time Gem Packs. They’re valid for 30 days after they’re issued. Any unused Gems expire after that and can’t be reissued.
Q4: My friend forgot to use my referral link. Can it be applied afterward?
No. Referrals only count if your friend signs up through your link. Once the account is registered, the referral can’t be applied retroactively, and the referrer can’t be changed.
Q5: I still haven’t received my rewards. What should I do?
If you’ve confirmed you meet the program conditions but still haven’t received your rewards, please contact support and provide:
- Your Mio.2 account
- Your friend’s account
- The approximate time your friend signed up or made their first purchase
- Any relevant screenshots (if available)
Our support team will check your reward status for you.
Q6: What if my friend signed up but forgot to verify their email?
The 50K signup reward isn’t issued until your friend verifies their email. Once they complete verification, any rewards you both qualify for will be issued automatically.
Q7: What counts as a “first purchase”?
A first purchase is your friend’s first successful payment after signing up, as long as it meets the program rules. Once it’s completed, you each receive 200K Gems.
Q8: Can an expired Gem Pack be reissued?
No. Limited-time Gem Packs expire automatically once the 30 days are up. Once a Pack expires, it can’t be reissued or restored. Use your Gems before they expire so they don’t go to waste.
Q9: Can a friend be referred by more than one person?
No. Each new account can only be linked to one referrer, and that link is final: it can’t be shared with other referrers, and the account can’t take part in the same referral program again.
Q10: My friend already has a Mio.2 account. Can I still refer them?
No. Referral rewards are only available for new accounts that meet the program rules. If your friend has already registered, they can’t be counted as your referral, and neither of you can earn referral rewards.
⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind
- Referrals must be linked at signup and can’t be added afterward.
- All rewards are issued as limited-time Gem Packs.
- Gem Packs are valid for 30 days.
- Suspicious referrals, duplicate accounts, or other violations of the program rules may disqualify you from receiving rewards.
