Video card rules

• Each video card works only with its matching video model. They’re not interchangeable.
• One video card generates a 5-second clip.
• Video cards can be stacked up: a 15-second clip uses 3 cards.
• Video cards are valid for 30 days from purchase & claim. Expired cards can’t be used.

• Q: Are all video models available to all users?
  A: No. Only v3.0 Lite is available for a limited time, and you can try it by spending credits with no membership. You need to buy video cards to use v4.0 Lite and v4.0 Preview, with no membership and no extra credit.
• Q: Can v4.0 Lite video cards be used for v4.0 Preview?
  A: No. Each video card works only with its matching video model and can’t be used across models.
• Q: How do I check my remaining video cards and their validity?
  A: Head to [Profile] > [Assets] to see how many video cards you have and how long they’re valid.
• Q: Can non-members buy video cards?
  A: Yes. Non-members can buy video cards too, and you don’t need a membership to use them to generate video.
• Q: Do video cards bought during this Summer Embers event expire?Can I still use them after the event ends?
  A: All video cards are valid for 30 days from the claim. After the event ends, as long as they haven’t expired, they apply automatically on the generation page with no credits spent.
• Q: Can video cards generate a 15-second clip?
  A: Yes. One video card makes a 5-second clip, and for a 15-second clip the system automatically uses 3 matching cards. If you have fewer than 3 cards, the remaining cost will be automatically deducted from your credits.

Daily check-in rewards

Beyond the Camping Supply Pack, there will also be daily check-in rewards during the event. Just check in to claim model cards for your next creation.

Check-in rewards:

Regular users can claim 1 Tsubaki.2 model card per day.

Members get 2 extra Tsubaki.2 model cards. 3 model cards in total per day.

Claiming rules and notes

• Claiming check-in rewards requires a verified email or at least one completed purchase ($1 special credit pack is not included).
• All model cards claimed from check-in are valid for 7 days from when you claim them.
• Check-in rewards refresh daily and must be claimed manually on the event page. Unclaimed rewards don’t carry over to the next day.

• Q: Do daily check-in rewards need to be claimed manually?
• A: Yes. Check-in rewards will not be granted automatically. Head to the event page and tap to claim them. If you don’t claim on a given day, it won’t carry over to the next.
• Q: How long are the model cards from check-in valid?
• A: All Tsubaki.2 model cards from daily check-in are valid for 7 days from when you claim them. Even after the event ends, you can still use them as long as they’re within their validity period.
• Q: If I forget to check in, will it affect future reward claims?
• A: No. Daily check-in rewards are granted day by day. A reward missed on a given day can’t be claimed later, but it won’t affect your check-in and claims on other days. Just check in as usual afterward and claim that day’s reward.
• Q: Can check-in rewards be saved up indefinitely?
• A: No. Check-in rewards are claimed manually each day, and the model cards are valid for only 7 days.
